The RTG's mold building methodology demands more than 90% of the mold building process be performed by extremely accurate CNC machines. All injection molds are constructed in our state-of-the-art facility with highly accurate Makino Vertical Machining Centers and Electric Discharge Machines, as well as all sampling and mold optimization. By controlling the process in-house we control the quality, lead-time and price.
